Seeds can be anything.
Perhaps that looks like reading a lot, drinking tea under the covers, and walking in the rain.
Maybe it seems like a class, a new hobby, or re-activating a past activity.
A shift in daily habits.
Hydration. Daily Movement. Moments of pause.
Perhaps it is deep rest.
Seasonally change and acknowledgment (for me). An excellent time to do a bit of self-check-in. Nature is all up in my sinuses with allergies 🤧 so perhaps that is what I am called in to look at my inner scape.
Yes, hydration, daily movement, and excessive tissues.
Also, daily writing of 500-1000 words slowly etching themselves into a pattern that may become an actual story. The idea is that I have always wanted to write non-fictional and utterly wild fiction stories and that if I commit to writing, I will be, writing.
As with my commitment to moving my body daily, I have inserted writing 500-1000 words daily into my workout habit as part of my work-in habit.
And I have been writing.
I have a list of potential stories to write, some very tiny and short, others of more length. I know some of you are reading this far into this minor update; know of a story or more that could be written….
